Can’t Log by Web because i have an Apple Account on the App with hide my email#78

I have premium account but i can’t access by web because i have created an Apple Account in the App hiding the Email, i tried put the random email in the Login by web but i can’t receive the email. Can’t u had the login by apple account also by web? Thank you
